This policy explains what information Bramblewood Riding School collects when you visit this website, book a first lesson, enroll a rider or contact the barn, and how we use it.

What we collect

Details you send through the lesson form: rider name and age, discipline, experience, preferred day, parent or guardian name, email and phone
Enrollment, lease and billing details you give the barn office in person or by email
Basic, anonymous website analytics such as pages visited and device type

How we use it

We use your details to schedule lessons, send confirmations, manage tuition and share barn news such as horse show dates. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we never use it for third-party advertising.

Children’s information

Many of our riders are under 13. We only collect a child’s first and last name and age, always through a parent or guardian, and only to place them in the right lesson. Parents can ask us to review or delete this information at any time.

Photos and video

We photograph lessons and horse shows only with the photo consent chosen at enrollment. You can change your choice at the barn office, and we will remove any image you ask us to.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from barn emails with the link in any message, or ask us to update or delete your details by email.
