Barn terms.

These terms apply to first lessons, monthly tuition, single lessons, leases and events at Bramblewood Riding School. By enrolling a rider you agree to them.
First lessons
Each new rider may take one free first lesson. Lesson times are confirmed by email and depend on space and horse availability.
Tuition and billing
Tuition is billed monthly on the first of the month: one lesson a week $260, two lessons $480, half lease $650
A one-time $45 registration fee applies per family and is waived when you enroll the week of your first lesson
Single lessons are $75 and paid at the barn office
A 10% sibling discount applies to the second rider and every rider after
Missed lessons and pauses
Missed lessons can be made up for free within the same month in any lesson at the same level, and lessons canceled for weather are always made up. Tuition can be paused once per season for up to one month with a week of notice.
Ending tuition
To stop monthly tuition, email the barn office at least 30 days before your next billing date. Tuition already billed for the current month is not refunded, but make-up lessons remain available through the end of that month.
Barn conduct
We expect kindness to people and horses. Riders and families who are unsafe or disrespectful may be asked to leave a lesson or event.
Horse shows and entries
Show entry fees are due two weeks before each show and are non-refundable once the class list is set. Spectators are always free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
